Terms of Service for Go Natural English Courses

Welcome to Go Natural English Courses! We’re excited to have you here.
This agreement (“Terms”) governs your purchase and use of our online course, including all course materials, community group chats, live classes, and other related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By purchasing or accessing the Service, you (“Student,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms, which are a contract between you and Go Natural English (“we,” “us,” “our”).
1. Course Access
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial, educational purposes. You agree not to share your account login, password, or access with any other person.
2. Intellectual Property
All content provided as part of the Service, including videos, text, handouts, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Go Natural English and is protected by copyright law.
You may not:
- Reproduce, republish, or distribute any of the course content.
- Sell, rent, or sublicense material from the Service.
- Create derivative works based on the course content.
3. Community and Student Conduct
Our course includes community spaces, such as a group chat and live online classes (“Community Spaces”). We expect all students to be respectful and professional. You agree not to post any content that is:
- Harassing, abusive, or defamatory.
- Unlawful or fraudulent.
- Spam or unauthorized advertising.
We reserve the right to remove you from the Service, without a refund, if you violate these community guidelines.
4. Your Content & Promotional Use License
This is a key part of our agreement. Our Community Spaces are designed to be interactive.
By participating and sharing in any Community Spaces (such as posting messages in the group chat, asking questions in a live class, or submitting feedback), you understand that your comments, questions, and contributions (“User Content”) may be recorded.
You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content, in whole or in part, for future promotional, marketing, business, or educational purposes.
This means we may use your contributions (e.g., an insightful question from a class or a positive comment from the chat) as a testimonial or example in our marketing materials, on our website, on social media, or in future course content.
To protect your privacy, we will make a reasonable effort to anonymize your User Content (e.g., using only a first name or removing your profile picture) when using it for public promotion, but this is not guaranteed. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished promotional materials.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the results you will achieve from taking the course. You are solely responsible for your own success and results.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice within the course platform. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
